I moved to Poland in 2025 & built Open & Serving to list all the worthwhile spots for friends and visitors. I wanted to give exact answers to people when they asked where to get a beer in the morning, where serves good burgers, where they can sit outside and how much it'll cost.
I built Open & Serving because I didn't want to remember all that, so here it is with the full details and no guessing.
