It’s quick, simple, and consistent. For what it is, it’s also not a bad nutritional choice - an egg, chicken, and a black coffee is a fairly balanced, no-nonsense breakfast.

In many areas, it’s also the most convenient option. It’s often easier to grab breakfast at KFC than to find a local café or restaurant that’s open and serving food early in the day.
